• MicroSaaS product development and launch
• Web and mobile application development
• AI solution development and integration
• UI/UX design and branding
• Post-launch support and maintenance

3. User Obligations

When using our Services, you agree to provide accurate information, use Services lawfully, not interfere with our systems, and comply with all applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

All fees are as specified in your service agreement. Payment terms including deposits and schedules are outlined per project.

Refund Policy

Refund terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Contact us to discuss any concerns before project completion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you own the work product created specifically for you, including source code and deliverables specified in your agreement. Our methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes remain our property.

6. Project Scope and Changes

Project scope is defined in a separate service agreement. Changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant Services will be performed professionally. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in your agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bespoke Devs against claims arising from your use of Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate per the service agreement terms. We may suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
